Warranty

Every Earmeister is covered by the EU legal guarantee of conformity for at least 2 years after delivery. Defects that appear within the first year are presumed to have existed at delivery.

• Manufacturing and material defects of the device, screen and case.
• Battery failure beyond normal wear.
• Software faults that prevent normal use.

• Damage from drops, water, opening the case or unauthorised modifications.
• Normal wear, such as scratches and gradual battery capacity loss.

Use the contact form (topic "Technical help"), include your order number and a short description or video. We'll first try a quick fix together; otherwise we repair or replace the device free of charge, including shipping.
