Returns & withdrawal

You may withdraw from your purchase within 14 days after you (or someone you named) received the device. To do so, tell us clearly — via the contact form (topic "Return / withdrawal"), by email to support@earmeister.pro, or with the model form below.

• Notify us first — we send you the return address and instructions.
• Send the device back within 14 days after notifying us, in its original packaging if possible, with all accessories.
• Return shipping costs are for your account, unless the device is faulty or wrong.
• Handle the device with care; you may try it as you would in a shop. We may deduct for loss of value caused by use beyond that.

We refund the full amount including the standard delivery cost within 14 days of your withdrawal, using the same payment method. We may wait until we've received the device back or you've shown proof of return shipment.
