Where we ship
Netherlands, Belgium and all other EU countries. Outside the EU? Ask us.
Delivery time
- Netherlands: usually 1–2 working days after shipping.
- Belgium: 2–3 working days.
- Rest of EU: 3–8 working days.
Pre-orders ship in order of reservation once production is ready. We email you before we ship.
Costs
Shipping costs are shown before payment. Prices include VAT.
Track & trace
Every parcel gets a PostNL tracking code, emailed when it ships. Follow it on our Track your order page or in your account.
Damaged or missing parcel
Report damage or a missing parcel within 7 days via the contact form. We handle the claim with PostNL and send a replacement where appropriate.
