A reservation is free and non-binding. When the device is ready to ship we email you an offer with the final price and delivery date. A purchase agreement is formed only once you confirm and pay. You may ignore the offer without any cost.

All prices are in euros and include Dutch VAT. Shipping costs are shown before you pay. Payment is due before shipment.

We ship with PostNL. Delivery times are indicative; if we cannot deliver within 30 days of payment you may cancel and receive a full refund. Risk passes to you on delivery. See Shipping.

Consumers may withdraw within 14 days after receiving the device, without giving a reason. See Returns & withdrawal.

• Pro costs €7,95 per quarter, billed in advance.
• After the first quarter the subscription renews quarterly and can be cancelled at any time with effect from the next quarter (max. one month notice).
• You have a 14-day withdrawal right from the start of the subscription; if you asked us to start immediately you pay pro rata for the days used.
• Price changes are announced at least 30 days in advance; you may then cancel free of charge.

You are entitled to the statutory guarantee of conformity. See Warranty. Our liability is limited to the purchase price, except in cases of intent or gross negligence, or where mandatory law says otherwise.

Earmeister™ and Earmeister Pro™, the logo, software and content are owned by KaZa Werkpunt. Buying a device gives you a personal licence to use its software.
